Pricing

We strive to provide the latest and most accurate pricing to our customers via our website. Occasionally, we make a mistake – in most cases, we will do our best to do right by our customers, but we reserve the right to nullify a sale if a listed price was egregiously wrong or obviously a mistake. All prices displayed are in US currency. 

Returns

Returns are not accepted. 

Order Cancellation

All cancelled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Shipping

Stocking Products – Products with the availability “Stocking Product” will ship within 48- business hours. If you can put them in the cart, these products are ready to ship too you. In some cases surges in demand will delay shipment, or stock may run out before shipment. In this case a customer will be offered a refund or an option to wait.

By Order Products – These products are in current production, and are expected to ship in 4-8 weeks. Occasionally there are delays at B&T AG which make the shipping time extend longer. Orders cancelled due to extended delivery dates or if you find it at another retailer are still subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
